Securing a booth at IEEE PES Grid Edge Technologies Conference & Exposition provides the opportunity to market your products and services to thousands of industry decision-makers in one place. But what comes with exhibiting?
All Booths Include:
- Product category listing in the official Final Program and IEEE Grid Edge website.
- A “preview list” 2 weeks prior to Grid Edge – only includes company names and titles (when provided).
- Standard flameproof booth equipment for:
- Linear booths
- 8′ high pipe and drape backwall
- 3′ high pipe and drape side rails
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number)
- Split-Island booths
- 8′ high pipe and drape backwall
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number)
- Linear booths
- Aisle carpeting provided by management. (Booth carpet/floor covering is required for all exhibits and must be provided at the exhibitor’s expense.)
- 4 (or more) complimentary exhibitor badges, allows access to the exhibit hall, conference sessions, receptions, and social functions.
- Badge allotments are based on booth size, refer to table below for actual allotments.

Not Included in Booths:
Hard wall structures, furniture, carpet or electricity. Island booths of any size do not include drape of ID Signs.
Costs, Fees & Payment Info
- All booth space fees: $35 per square foot if contracted by 16 July 2024, $36 per square foot after 16 July 2024.

- Contract and Deposits: Due within 30 days of the receipt of space contract. Noncompliance could result in the release of booth space.
Payment Schedule
Contracts/Applications Received:
- On or Before 16 July 2024 – 50% Due within 30 days of booth contract
- After 16 July 2024 – 100% Due within 30 days of booth contract
- Late Fee: A 5% late fee may be applied to any payments more than 30 days past due.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing by email or mail.
- On or before 16 July 2024 – Refund of 75% of exhibit space fee
- After 16 July 2024 – No refund will be made for cancellation, even if the space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of the contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.
