Exhibit Details & Costs

Securing a booth provides the opportunity to market your products and services to thousands of industry decision-makers in one place. All booths include complimentary event badges, placement on the event website and program, and customizable promotion materials.

All Booths Include:

  • Product category listing in the official Final Program and IEEE PES Grid Edge Technologies website.
  • An attendee “preview list” 2 weeks prior to Grid Edge – only includes company names and titles (when provided). 
  • Standard flameproof booth equipment for:
    • Linear booths
      • 8′ high pipe and drape backwall 
      • 3′ high pipe and drape side rails 
      • 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number) 
  • Management provides aisle carpeting. (Booth carpet/floor covering is required for all exhibits and must be provided at the exhibitor’s expense.)
  • General exhibit hall lighting, air-conditioning or heating (during show days only).
  • On-site Exhibit Management Office for help during set-up, show days and move-out.
  • Badge allotments are based on booth size, refer to table below for actual allotments.

Costs, Fees & Payment Info

  • All booth space fees: $35 per square foot
  • View the full terms and conditions.
  • Contract and Deposits: Due within 30 days of the receipt of space contract. Noncompliance could result in the release of booth space.

Payment Schedule

Contracts/Applications Received:

  • On or Before 26 July 2024 – 50% Due within 30 days of booth contract
  • After 26 July 2024 – 100% Due within 30 days of booth contract
  • Late Fee: A 5% late fee may be applied to any payments more than 30 days past due.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be made in writing by email or mail.
  • On or before 26 July 2024 – Refund of 75% of exhibit space fee
  • After 26 July 2024 – No refund will be made for cancellation, even if the space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of the contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.

    • Upon receipt, Grid Edge Exhibits will reply with all applicable wire transfer instructions.
    • **IMPORTANT** you must add an additional $25.00 service fee to cover processing charges for each wire transfer payment.
