Utility Saver Packages
Utilities are integral to solving tomorrow’s energy grid challenges, and we want to make it easy for the whole team to add their voices. That’s why we’re once again offering the Utility Saver Package, an enormous discount exclusive for utilities.
> Send 10 utility employees with full conference registration for only $1,000

There is no limit to the number of packages a company can purchase.
This package is intended solely for utility companies. Non-utilities who purchase this package will be notified and a cancellation/refund processed immediately.
Terms and Conditions
- We will not be processing cash payments onsite. If you plan to upgrade or add tutorials while attending the conference, please bring a credit card.
- Written cancellation will only be accepted until 21 December 2024 for a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
- Individual Utility Saver registrations, One-day Exhibits Only, Life Members, and Companions are non-refundable.
- IEEE and Student members must provide membership number in order to receive member rates at time of registration.
- A $50 processing fee may be incurred for lost or reprinted badges.
- Children under 16 years old are not permitted in the exhibit hall or conference session rooms.
- No badges will be mailed. Please bring your confirmation and your badge will be issued from registration located in Lobby A/B on the ground level of the San Diego Convention Center.
- All speakers must also register to attend and pay the prevailing rates.
