Student Housing Program
The 2025 IEEE PES Grid Edge Technologies Conference Organizing Committee and the Student Meeting Activities Subcommittee of IEEE PES Power and Energy Education Committee (PEEC) are happy to announce that a Student Housing Support Program will be offered.
The Student Housing Support Program provides students with a free accommodation for the conference for up to four nights in one of the conference-designated hotels to assist with travel expenses. Applicants will indicate selected dates during the application process.
Applications for the Student Housing Support Program:

- The submission site is open now. There are a limited number of rooms available.
- The deadline to apply for the Student Housing Support Program November 1, 2024 (5 PM ET).
- Students must also register by this date.
- Notifications of acceptance will be sent out to students by November 15, 2024.
