Securing a booth provides the opportunity to market your products and services to thousands of industry decision-makers in one place. All booths include complimentary event badges, placement on the event website and program, and customizable promotion materials. Read more of the full details below.
What’s Included In a Booth?
All booths include:
- Product category listing in the official Final Program and IEEE Grid Edge website.
- Standard flameproof booth equipment for:
- Linear booths
- 8′ high pipe and drape backwall
- 3′ high pipe and drape side rails
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number)
- Split-Island booths
- 8′ high pipe and drape backwall
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number)
- Linear booths
- Aisle carpeting provided by management. (Booth carpet/floor covering is required for all exhibits and must be provided at the exhibitor’s expense.)
- General exhibit hall lighting, air-conditioning or heating (during show days only).
- On-site aid: Exhibit Management Office and Floor Managers for help during set-up, show days and move-out.
- 4 (or more) complimentary exhibitor badges.
- Allow access to the Exhibit Hall, Sessions and Networking Events.
- Badge allotments are based on booth size, refer to table below for actual allotments.

Costs, Fees, and Payment Details
Costs: Booth space cost is $32 / sq ft
Contract and Deposits are due within 30 days of the receipt of your space application. Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
Payment Schedule
Contracts/Applications Received:
- Before 4 October 2022 – 50% Due within 30 days of Application
- On 4 October 2022 – 50% Due with Application
- After 4 October 2022 – 100% Due with application
- Late Fee: A 5% late fee may be applied to any payments received after 4 October 2022
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing by email or mail.
- On or before 4 October 2022 – Refund of 75% of exhibit space fee
- After 4 October 2022 – No refund will be made for cancellation, even if the space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of the contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.
