Budgeting

Budgeting for a trade show can be difficult. According to industry averages you can plan on the following generalizations:

Booth Space Fees	30%
Show Services	19%
Exhibit Design	10%
Shipping & Drayage	10%
Promotions	5%
Booth Staff & Travel	20%
Miscellaneous	5%

No hard wall structures, furniture, carpet or electricity are included in your space. The full exhibitor manual, provided by Freeman, will be available online in late 2022. Please note all pricing is based on orders placed by the discount deadline. The discount deadline is 21 March 2023.

Freeman also has the capabilities to design a custom booth developed to meet your specific goals and requirements. You may choose a custom designed booth or to save money you may choose to rent a standard or deluxe hard wall unit. For custom booth designs contact [email protected].
