Poster Session & Reception

The Poster Session and Reception provides a relaxed environment for registered conference attendees to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while viewing hundreds of accepted papers in poster format. The 2025 Poster Session will take place from 3:00 – 5:00pm on Wednesday on the Show Floor.

2025 paper titles and authors are available here.

A note for authors: there is no template for poster sessions, however, your poster must fit on a 4 feet by 4 feet board. You must bring the poster with you to the meeting.
