Registration Policies & Important Information
Payment & Registration Requirements
A credit card is required. Cash will not be accepted onsite. All speakers and panelists must register for the conference.
Age Restrictions
Children under 16 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall or conference rooms.
Cancellations & Refunds
Written cancellations will be accepted through 14 March 2027, for a full refund less a $35 cancellation fee.
Refunds will be issued after the conference.
Individual Utility Saver registrations, One-Day Exhibit Hall Only registrations, IEEE Life Member registrations,
and companion registrations are non-refundable.
Individuals from utilities who register for Grid Edge may request a refund in accordance with the conference policy;
however, a registration cannot be refunded for the purpose of subsequently including that individual in a Utility Saver Package.
IEEE Member & Student Rates
IEEE, IEEE PES, and IEEE Student members must provide a valid membership number to receive the applicable member rate.
Badge Reprints & Replacements
A $65 processing fee may apply to lost or stolen badge replacements, substitutions, and/or cancellations.
Badge Pickup
Badges will not be mailed. Please bring your registration confirmation and pick up your badge at the onsite registration desk.
